Governance guidelines
Sonoco's board of directors and its leadership team strongly support legislative and regulatory standards proposed and adopted by the U.S. Congress, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the New York Stock Exchange. Committees and charters
The board of directors has formed six committees to assist it in performing its duties. Each committee operates pursuant to a written charter (see below) outlining its purpose, duties and responsibilities. (The following files are in PDF format.)
