Employees anonymously complete a survey about a variety of work-related topics such as communications, leadership effectiveness and diversity. The survey results are combined, summarized and provided to employees in feedback meetings where understanding areas for improvement exist. Appropriate actions plans are developed, implemented and shared on with employees.
