Options for Plastic Filtration Components
Plastic Filtration Cores
The Sonoco Plastics filter core range integrates key engineering properties, including structural strength, chemical resistance and thermal stability. The design incorporates longitudinal and radial ribs to provide high collapse strength, while a stipple finish supports fibre retention during assembly.
Our cores are available in polypropylene (PP), polyamide (PA, nylon) and polyoxymethylene (POM), either glass-filled or unfilled to meet specific application requirements.
Plastic Cages and Endcaps
In addition to our cores, we offer all required components for complete filter cartridges, including plastic cages, adaptors and plastic endcaps (including endcap standards RAC1 through RAC4).
All components are manufactured in materials resistant to a broad range of substances, from acids to bases, and are produced through controlled industrial contract manufacturing processes to ensure consistent quality and repeatable performance.
