Climate Transition Plan
First developed in 2024 and located in the CSR appendix, Sonoco’s Climate Transition Plan is a living document outlining how we align with our efforts to reduce GHG emissions well below 2° C. It reflects our long-term vision to remain resilient and forward-thinking in a shifting regulatory and environmental landscape.
Content Indices
These frameworks — including GRI, SASB, and TCFD — offer voluntary standards for measuring and reporting on environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance, helping ensure accountability and comparability across the industry.
